SalesHuman.io ("SalesHuman", "we", "us") is operated by Diego Mangabeira. We are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

02What Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use SalesHuman:

• Email address, name, and account credentials
• Company name, job title, and team size (provided during onboarding or in Settings)
• Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe; we do not store card numbers or banking details
• CRM data — contacts, deals, pipeline stages, outreach sequences, personality tags, activity history, and any other data you create within the platform
• Usage data — logs, session information, and feature usage for service improvement

03How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Provide and operate the SalesHuman service
• Send transactional emails (welcome emails, password resets, billing notifications)
• Process your subscription payments via Stripe
• Power AI-based personalization and outreach features on your behalf
• Improve and develop the product
• Communicate important service updates

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

04Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database with access controls and encryption in transit. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We apply industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

05Third-Party Services

SalesHuman uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Resend — transactional email delivery (welcome emails, notifications)
• Replit — application hosting and infrastructure

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

06Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation. After that period, or upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained for service improvement.

07Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format (CSV)
