By accessing or using SalesHuman.io ("SalesHuman", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SalesHuman is operated by Diego Mangabeira. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
SalesHuman is a human-centered CRM and AI-powered sales platform that enables users to manage contacts and deals, run personalized outreach sequences, track pipeline performance, and build repeatable sales processes using psychology-based personalization.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
SalesHuman is offered at $49 per seat per month, billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis for the total number of seats on your account.
You may add or remove seats at any time from the Settings page. Seat changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Early Access pricing lock: The $49/seat rate in effect at the time you initially subscribe is locked for the lifetime of your subscription. Any future price increases announced by SalesHuman will not apply to your account so long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and resubscribe at a later date, standard pricing at the time of resubscription will apply.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription within the app. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation. To request account deletion or data removal, email hello@saleshuman.io.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SalesHuman does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outreach campaigns will achieve specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesHuman's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
SalesHuman is not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where the operator (Diego Mangabeira) is based. For users in the United States, these Terms are additionally interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
